Hours and Rates
Home users and home based businesses $65/hour, 1 hour minimum.*
Small business clients $75/hour, 1 hour minimum.
What you get for these rates is prompt, professional, efficient and courteous support for all of your computer issues.
We are available for longer term projects, as well. Rates will vary for full-time onsite project work for our business clients.
Fees are for labor ONLY. Costs of hardware, software and any other purchased items are excluded. **
Any additional time is calculated in 15 minute increments.
Travel time is not included, nor is it charged.***
Senior discount is available for Home clients over 62, please ask us about this discount.
Home based clients; payment is due upon completion of quoted work via cash, check, or credit card through PayPal****.
Small business clients; payment is due upon completion, invoice option is available with credit check.

Any work performed outside of the above listed days and hours are subject to a 50% rate increase and is dependent on availability of technicians.
We want to make sure our clients needs are met as much as possible and will do our best to accommodate special needs and circumstances.
* Emergency calls, weekend and holiday rates will be calculated per client need.
** There will be a cancelation fee amounting to the minimum hourly charge for any appointments not canceled within 24 hours.
*** Clients outside the Service Area area will be billed a small travel fee.
**** PayPal payments will be surcharged an additional 3% of the total amount.
